What is your change of mind returns policy?Updated 5 days ago
We offer a 14-Day Change of Mind policy. If you've changed your mind, made an incorrect purchase, or found a product to be incompatible for your use/requirements/existing gear, you may be eligible to return it for an exchange, store credit or refund - subject to the conditions and fees below.
To be eligible:
1. Request the return within 14 days of your invoice date (if an in-store purchase) or delivery date (if an online purchase).
2. The product must be in brand new, factory sealed, unopened, unused and resellable condition. Change of Mind returns unfortunately cannot be accepted on opened or used goods.
3. You must provide your purchase receipt, as well as photos verifying the product's factory sealed condition for our review.
Fees:
A 10% restocking fee applies, plus merchant (payment processing) fees of approx. 2.5%-6.5%, as well as original freight recovery and handling. Orders/products with a value of under $170 incur a minimum $25 restocking fee. Original shipping costs unfortunately aren't refundable, and you will need to arrange and cover the costs associated with returning the product to us.
Once we receive your claim, and if approved, you will then receive a Return Authorisation from us with instructions on how to return the product for a partial refund.
