All orders ship with a Signature on Delivery requirement for your security, so the courier generally can't leave a parcel without a signature.

If nobody is available to sign:
- The courier will usually take your parcel to the nearest post office or depot.
- You then have up to 10 business days to collect it free of charge.
- If the parcel is Returned to Sender due to unsuccessful or non-collection, you may request re-delivery. A minimum re-delivery fee from $16.50 will apply (to be quoted case-by-case based on the product's size and weight, as well as your location).
