Repair turnaround varies by brand and parts availability.

Approx. turnaround times:

• Most repairs: approx. 1-3 weeks.
• Some cases (e.g. where parts aren't available locally and need to be ordered in, or return to an overseas service centre is required): up to approx. 10 weeks.

Our Warranty team can provide you with an estimate after assessing your product. 

Tip: back up any stored data before sending a device in, as data may be lost during repair. Repairs are covered for 3 months (90 days), or the remainder of your original warranty, whichever is longer.
