We work quickly to dispatch orders, so changes or cancellations aren't always possible.
If your order has not yet been dispatched:
Contact us as soon as possible at [email protected] or via the Contact Form (select topic: Order Cancellation Request) and we'll do our best to action it. Please note however that we can't guarantee a change will be possible once order processing has begun.
If your order has already been dispatched:
Unfortunately it can't be cancelled, but you may be able to request a Change of Mind return. A 10% restocking fee plus merchant, freight-recovery and handling fees apply if approved, and you will need to arrange and pay for the return.
