Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law (ACL). You're entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure.

You're also entitled to have goods repaired or replaced if they fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure isn't major.

These rights apply in addition to our Change of Mind, DOA and Warranty policies and are not limited by them.
