My delivery arrived damaged - what do I do?Updated 5 days ago
Transit/product damage must be reported within 48 hours of delivery. Claims received outside of this window unfortunately cannot be accepted.
To report transit damage:
Email [email protected] or use our Contact Form (select topic: Return Enquiry / Product Support).
Please ensure that you include your order number, a description of the reported damage, and clear photos which highlight the damage, in order to verify your claim.
Our team will then guide you through the next steps.
