How do pre-orders work?Updated 5 days ago
When you pre-order, you're reserving an out-of-stock or upcoming product. We collect full payment at checkout and dispatch once stock arrives.
- Each pre-order page shows an estimated stock-arrival window where available (this is an estimate which may be subject to change, and is not a guaranteed stock arrival date).
- If the ETA changes, we'll contact you to find out if you're happy to continue waiting or would prefer a full refund.
- Some pre-order products may show as no ETA available on the product listing. This indicates that, while stock is on order and expected to arrive in the near future, our supplier hasn't yet provided a confirmed ETA. In these instances, you're welcome to place a pre-order with us if you're happy to wait what will typically be approx. 1-3 months for stock to arrive.
- You can cancel a pre-order and receive a full refund any time before it's dispatched.
