All return requests (including Change of Mind, Dead on Arrival and Warranty-related queries) must be approved by us, and require a valid Return Authorisation.
Please ensure that you do not ship goods back to us before your return request has been approved - returns received without prior approval and a valid Return Authorisation unfortunately cannot be accepted, and may need to be sent back to you at your expense.
In order to commence a return, please follows these steps:
1. Contact Customer Care at [email protected] or via our Contact Form (select topic: Return Enquiry).
2. We'll review eligibility and, if approved, issue a Return Authorisation and return instructions.
3. Pack the item safely in its original packaging with all accessories, and send it back using a tracked service (you're responsible for return costs and safe return).
Large/bulky items that were purchased online via our website cannot be returned in-store, and must be shipped to our head office. Please be sure to email us for further guidance.
